Who we are

MotionX Productions LLC operates this website and the MotionMind production workspace. This notice covers information collected through our website, enquiries, newsletter signup and MotionMind forms and accounts. Information we collect

When you contact us or start an enquiry, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, project description, location, timing and budget. When you register interest in MotionMind, we collect your contact details, whether you are interested as a crew member or client, and the information you choose to provide.

Invited account holders may provide profile information and a photograph. Project workspaces and preparation forms can contain project details, documents, links and communications submitted by authorized participants. Please only upload information you are authorized to share and avoid sending sensitive personal information through public enquiry forms.

Our hosting, security and authentication providers also process technical information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as IP addresses, browser information, request times and security logs.

Enquiries saved as you go

Once you enter a valid email address in our project enquiry form, your progress is saved to our system as you continue, even if you do not press the final Send request button. The form also attempts to save when you leave the page. An unfinished enquiry is recorded as incomplete, and our team may contact you about that enquiry.

Your browser also keeps a local draft so you can continue later. Saving depends on a working connection and browser availability. Starting an enquiry does not create a MotionMind account or subscribe you to the newsletter. If you do not want us to retain an enquiry, contact us using the address above.

How we use information

• Respond to enquiries, discuss projects, prepare proposals and provide production services.
• Manage invited accounts, project preparation and collaboration, with access appropriate to each participant.
• Send the newsletter when you separately choose to subscribe, and manage subscription preferences.
• Maintain and secure our services, troubleshoot problems, keep necessary business records and meet legal obligations.

We use enquiry details to follow up on your request. We do not treat an unfinished enquiry or a MotionMind interest form as newsletter permission.

Service providers and external links

We use Webflow to host and deliver the website, Supabase for forms, accounts and project data, Cloudflare for security and abuse prevention, and HubSpot to process newsletter subscriptions. Email delivery providers and our business email services process messages and notifications. Fonts and other website resources may load from their providers, including Google and content delivery networks.

Information is shared with service providers as needed for these purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable protections.

The website uses a separately hosted MotionX video player. Following a link to YouTube, social media or another external site takes you to a service with its own privacy practices. The Match Group portal and other linked services may have separate notices. This notice does not replace any project-specific agreement.

Cookies and browser storage

We use essential cookies and similar browser storage for security, authentication, enquiry drafts and preferences. The current public website does not load advertising pixels or optional audience-analytics scripts. We do not use these website tools for cross-site behavioural advertising.

• Security: hosting and Cloudflare services may use cookies such as _cfuvid to distinguish requests and limit abuse.
• Forms and login: browser storage keeps enquiry progress, pending submission information and authentication sessions. A queued enquiry expires after 30 days without an update; other local drafts or settings may remain until cleared.
• Preferences: the background-motion setting is saved on your device so your choice can carry between pages.
• Newsletter: the signup sends your email, consent choice and page context to HubSpot. Our custom signup does not load HubSpot's site-wide tracking script.

You can manage or clear cookies and local storage in your browser. Clearing browser storage may sign you out or remove a local draft; it does not delete information already received by us. Contact us to request deletion of a saved enquiry. We do not change the site's current essential-storage behaviour in response to browser Do Not Track signals. If we introduce optional tracking that requires consent, we will provide the appropriate choice before it runs.

Retention and security

Retention depends on why the information was collected, whether an enquiry becomes a project, the ongoing business relationship, and applicable accounting, legal or dispute requirements. Incomplete enquiries are not automatically deleted merely because the form was closed. You can ask us to review or delete an enquiry by emailing us.

We use access controls and technical safeguards appropriate to the service. No website or method of storage is completely secure. Project access is limited by account role and the information shared with that participant.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or ask us to stop following up on an enquiry. Email info@motion-x.co. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where there is a legitimate legal or business need. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law.

You can unsubscribe from newsletter emails using their unsubscribe link. Account and project-service messages are separate from newsletter subscriptions. If you have difficulty accessing any content on the website, contact us and we will help provide the information in another format.

International visitors and children

MotionX is based in the United States and primarily serves US clients. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Protections may differ from those where you live; applicable privacy rights and any required safeguards still apply. Our services are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.

Updates to this notice

We may update this notice as our services change. The effective date above identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice where required by applicable law.
