THE BRIEF:

For CIK, we created two impactful videos to support their recruitment and company culture initiatives. The first, a 3.5-minute video, tells the story of opportunity within CIK, featuring employee journeys, the company’s growth, and its vision for the future—highlighting why CIK is a great place to build a career. The second, a 2.5-minute safety video, reinforces CIK’s commitment to fostering a safe and supportive work environment, showcasing their strong culture of safety and care for employees. Together, these videos were designed to attract new talent while strengthening the company’s identity and values.
